Refundable Deposit is applicable only for (20L Water). Customers will be able to identify such brands clearly whilst placing their orders.
Customers can initiate Refund from their Order History.
Whenever a customer wants rebate on the deposit, customer has to initiate a refund request with Click Your Order.com. It is reviewed and paid only if the following conditions are met.
Customer has to return the empty jars in the same condition as received from CLICK YOUR ORDER and / or it’s Sellers.
Customer has to request a refund within 60 days from the last order placed in Click Your Order.com. Customers forfeit their rebate if they did not place any order for 60 days from their last order.
CLICK YOUR ORDER deducts 20% from the original deposit amount towards processing, depreciation charges and pay the balance to customer.
The processing of refund (after deducting the processing charge incurred) will take maximum 15 working days from the day of refund initiation.
Unless a proof of deposit (either invoice/receipt, SMS or email from CLICK YOUR ORDER) is provided, customer will not get refund. Under no circumstances, refund is given without returning the empty jars to CLICK YOUR ORDER or Vendor / Seller.
Refund is given only to customers who have deposited with CLICK YOUR ORDER. Under no circumstances, refund is given to customers who did not deposit with CLICK YOUR ORDER
Regarding refund requested during delivery due to partial or full cancellation by customer: In case, during delivery at door step, customer wants to cancel the delivery due to non availability of empty jars or whatever reasons, CLICK YOUR ORDER can cancel the order and refund the order amount after deducting service charge. The remaining amount will be credited to customer wallet and the same can be utilized for subsequent orders. The customer is liable to pay service charge despite cancellation of order because delivery team has already incurred cost of logistics.
Cancellation charge is applicable as follows:
If Customer cancels the order where the delivery has not started yet, then 5% deduction is applicable from your total Order value.
Customer can request to cancel the order (calling our customer care support) where the delivery has already started and in-transit, then the full delivery charge per quantity will be deducted from your total Order value.
All our customers can return the product at the time of delivery only if items arrive in bad condition, damaged or leaked. Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and returned with the same delivery driver on the same delivery day. We will take the returned product back with us and a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your wallet account, which is not applicable for Payments made upon delivery. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills on the site. No return / refund is acceptable for any product that arrives in good condition, and CLICK YOUR ORDER has the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of return of certain products at any time and for any reason.
The prevailing market price of an empty Can is approximately Rs.150. CLICK YOUR ORDER has come up with a concept of Can Usage option for their customers under which customers pay lesser than the market price for their Usage only. At the same time, the empty Can is a property of the Seller(s) who supplied at customers door-step hence customers are liable/accountable/responsible for the empty Cans received through this option/policy.
If customers have not placed orders (10 orders within 4 months), then the Seller(s) have all rights to come and collect the empty Cans from the customers. The customers are liable to return the empty Cans to the Seller(s) else balance amount of Rs.75 per Can to be paid to the Seller(s) directly.
The Can Usage amount is non-refundable and the customer is not eligible to claim this amount whenever they decided to close their account with CLICK YOUR ORDER.
